Van Sales Representative
(CBL Sales - Central)

 

Purpose of Position

Promote and sell the company’s products within an assigned territory while proactively identifying and securing new customers to expand market coverage and drive sustained business growth within a designated area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow sales process and ensure optimal distribution and availability of products to targeted customers
  • Meet and surpass the salient monthly key performance indicators consistently, i.e. Sales Revenue, Collections, Route Compliance, Sales Effectiveness and new customer targets
  • Meet a minimum 95% achievement of route compliance
  • Ensure that products are handled, merchandised and stored in a manner that will minimize damage and maximize sales
 

 

Required Qualification, Experience, Knowledge

  • 4 CXC/GCE subjects inclusive of English Language and a numeric subject
  • Minimum of three (3) years' sales and driving experience
  • Valid open general driver’s license
  • Owns a reliable motor vehicle
