Van Sales Inventory Officer
(Grace Foods & Services)
Reporting to the Settlement and Reconciliation Supervisor, the incumbent will be responsible for verification, transfer and posting of truck load requests for Van Sales Representatives for GFS, WBS and CBL. He/She will also be responsible for overseeing the ASKI/ SAP interface for invoicing and payment errors and facilitating the processing in SAP.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitoring the ASKi/SAP interface and processing invoicing and receipting errors
- Troubleshooting issues & facilitating the reprocessing of orders with errors on the interface
- Verification and posting of stock in assigned truck holding location after warehouse processes Standard Transport Order (MIGO)
- Transfer stock from holding location to truck location (MB1B)
- Investigate and clear open STO’s
- Any other duties assigned
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Five CXC subjects, inclusive of English and a numeric subject
- Be conversant with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Knowledge of SAP Software would be an asset
- Previous experience in inventory management environment would be an asset

- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to be a flexible team player
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and a high degree of accuracy & accountability
- Ability to work irregular hours
- Ability to work under pressure
