Trade Marketing Supervisor

 

Purpose of Position

•    Responsible for driving superior in-store execution across assigned stores, optimizing sales performance and ensuring KPI delivery.
•    Lead teams to execute merchandising, promotions, planograms and commercial strategies effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise Trade Development Officers and Merchandiser Team Leads, ensuring KPIs are consistently met or exceeded
  • Ensure execution of brand planograms, pricing compliance, and proper merchandising principles, and overall picture of success in trade
  • Identify execution activities, develop and implement trade development strategies to secure new opportunities and grow product presence.
  • Coordinate and oversee trade audits, sales performance, execution of KPIs ensuring data integrity and timely reporting.
  • Provide competitive market intelligence and recommend actions to maintain an advantage

Required Qualification, Experience, Knowledge

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of merchandising/trade marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Proven experience in leading teams and managing KPIs
  • Must own and operate a reliable motor vehicle
