Supply Chain Analyst / Administrator
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and technical competence to support our supply chain operations and drive data-informed decision-making.
WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
- Collecting, analysing, and interpreting internal and external supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and converting insights into actionable recommendations to support decision-making.
- Monitoring supply chain performance metrics and preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations for management, including contributions to the Supply Chain Strategy Map and Balanced Scorecard reporting.
- Evaluating existing processes and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen service delivery.
- Staying abreast of global market dynamics, commodity trends, and industry developments to assess potential business impact and propose mitigation or optimisation strategies.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and Marketing) to align supply chain activities with overall business objectives.
- Coordinating departmental administrative functions to ensure effective communication and workflow, including meeting coordination, preparation and distribution of minutes.
- Managing office-related procurement and supply control within the department.
- Supporting budgeting activities, staff-related initiatives, procedural documentation, and the calculation and submission of monthly variable payments.
WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR THE JOB?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Logistics, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience in a Manufacturing and/or Supply Chain environment, with exposure to data analysis, modelling, reporting, and planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Excel (statistical or reporting software is an asset).
- Working knowledge of supply chain processes, logistics, and performance measurement frameworks (e.g., KPIs, Balanced Scorecards).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Strong organisational and administrative capabilities, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
