SNR. BRAND MANAGER
Role Overview:
We are seeking an innovative and strategic Senior Brand Manager to drive the growth and evolution of our brand. In this leadership role, you will oversee brand strategy, development, and execution to ensure a strong and consistent presence in the market. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead creative initiatives, and analyze market trends to deliver impactful results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive brand strategies.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels and platforms.
- Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to inform decisions.
- Manage budgets and optimize resources to achieve strategic goals.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to align efforts.
- Build and maintain relationships with principals, agencies, partners, and vendors.
- Oversee the creation of impactful marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand goals
- Evaluate and report on brand performance, recommending areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in brand management or marketing leadership roles
- Proven success in developing and executing brand strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in marketing tools, software, and industry trends
