SALES REPRESENTATIVE
(CBL Sales - Central)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure the implementation of the tactical programmes of the Sales Department.

• Ensure distribution and availability of products to the targeted customers.

• Assess the performance of products in each customer’s store on a regular basis and recommend a Sales and/or Marketing Programme to facilitate throughput and optimize performance.

• Ensure collections/payments made are processed in a timely manner according to guidelines.

• Ensure the effective implementation of all Marketing Programmes (Promotions, Plan-o-grams, Pricing, etc.).

• Ensure proper management of receivables by operating at a point that minimizes risk while maximizing sales.

• Build and maintain a win-win relationship with each customer.

ACADEMIC/ PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
• 2 years experience in Sales or Marketing of Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Required to work irregular hours during peak times
• Required to travel frequently locally
• Proven leadership experience
• Strong numeric and analytical skills
• Own and operate a reliable motor vehicle
