RECONCILIATION CLERK/ASKI SUPPORT

Reporting to the Settlement & Reconciliation Supervisor, the incumbent will be responsible for the reconciliation of the movement of all inventories onto and off the trucks assigned to the Van Sales Unit for GFS/ WBS /CBL

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·       

•  Count stock in truck per SKU.
•  Verify that counted stock matches printed ASKI document
•  Verify counted stock matches inventory in SAP truck location
• Timely communication of all variances to the respective supervisory & management personnel
• Daily processing of Van Sales STO’s (Standard Transport Order) in SAP via the ASKI interface
• Weekly clearing of STO’s (Standard Transport Order)  in SAP

ACADEMIC/ PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS/OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Five CXC subjects, inclusive of English and a numeric subject
• Be conversant with Microsoft Office Suite of Applications
• Knowledge of SAP Software would be an asset
• Previous experience in an inventory management environment would be an asset 
• Required to work on weekends if required
