PRODUCT MANAGER

 

 

Job Purpose

Support the Regional Manager, Digital Operations in developing, deploying, and managing products and services across the GKMS Group, while operationalizing new products, managing performance, reporting results, providing business development support to the markets, and driving growth through project management and oversight of a network of digital service stores.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Support the development of and execute group digital product strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Develop business cases and produce product road maps to support strategic initiatives.
  • Lead end-to-end digital product development: from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and post-deployment optimization.
  • Manage and optimize digital workflows to improve efficiency and ensure timely project delivery, tracking project milestones and providing support to project teams. 
  • Coordinate with project managers to align timelines, resources, and deliverables.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and coordinating resolution with technical teams.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for digital products, processes guides, training material and stakeholder communications.
  • Responsible for documentation to support onboarding of digital partners.
  • Support onboarding and training of internal teams and external partners.
  • Manage and report on digital operations and product performance using key metrics and performance indicators and analytics dashboards.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across digital platforms, including data entry, management, and organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support digital initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.

 

Required Education & Competencies 

  • BSc. Degree in computer science, business or related discipline 
  • Minimum three (3) years' experience in digital product management, preferably in banking, fintech or remittance 
  • Proven track record launching successful digital products
  • Excellent at relationship management
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Proficiency in building dashboards and reports
  • Familiarity with remittance systems, payment gateways and mobile wallets
  • Naturally customer centric 
  • Demonstrated experience in performance reporting and metrics, & KPI tracking
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Highly confidential 
  • Strong analytical mindset with bias towards data-driven decision making 
  • Ability to manage multiple products simultaneously
