Product Data Integrity & Support Officer

Purpose of Position

To systematically manage product database and identify efficient methods to organize, store, and maintain data; provide technical support to the chain of stores by way of troubleshooting and resolving product configuration related issues

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain ERP product databases, SKUs, and classifications.

• Ensure accurate product configuration, pricing, costs, and margins.

• Keep e‑commerce catalogue updated (delisted/out‑of‑stock items).

• Enforce data management policies and compliance with GDPR/industry standards.

• Conduct audits, cleansing, and synchronization across platforms.

• Provide training, support, and troubleshooting for data/ERP issues.

• Perform data analysis using SQL, Excel, Python, R, and Power BI.

• Implement process improvements to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.

Required Qualification, Experience, Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, product databases, and e‑commerce catalogues.

• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Python, R, and Power BI.

• Experience in database administration and product configuration.

• Understanding of data compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR).

• Problem‑solving skills with ability to resolve issues quickly.

• Attention to detail and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
