Allied Insurance Brokers (AIB) Limited invites applications from experienced, suitable, qualified and dynamic individuals for the position of:
Office Attendant
Purpose of Job
Provide ancillary support to AIB Staff by executing cleaning and maintenance duties.
Principal Responsibilities
- Perform and document routine inspections and maintenance of the restrooms
- Maintains cleanliness of all restrooms and kitchenettes
- Ensures that kitchenettes/ tea stations are adequately prepared for the work day within stipulated service standards
- Provides as requested refreshments for company functions, parties, socials and meetings
- Manages and monitors office groceries
- Notify supervisor of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs in areas of responsibility.
Minimum education and experience
- High School Leaving Certificate
- Minimum of of two (2) years experience in a similar capacity
Or
- Passes in (5) GCE O’Level or CXC (General) or qualifications from a vocational institution would be an asset.
- Minimum of one (1) years experience in a similar capacity
