Key Competencies and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource (HRM) Management or related field
- Minimum of one year’s experience in an administrative or HR support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) and other relevant digital tools
- Proven time-management and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and inclusive tone
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and communicate effectively across all levels of staff
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- A progressive career path in HRM is considered an asset
- High standards of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Familiarity with ERP (SAP) system is an advantage.
Main Responsibilities
- Oversees daily operations of the Administration department, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, preparing minutes, and compiling reports for internal distribution
- Coordinates and ensures timely submission of compliance reports in alignment with regulatory and internal deadlines
- Maintains and updates HR database, supporting accurate and efficient processing of employee records and transactions
- Assists with the recruitment and onboarding processes, including applicant tracking, interview coordination and orientation
- Supports the implementation of staff recognition and engagement initiatives, and contributes to monitoring and improving employee morale
- Administers and executes all data protection and privacy protocols on behalf of the organisation, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies
- Oversees the scheduling and execution of employee training initiatives in alignment with the company's strategic training plan.
