MERCHANDISER TEAM LEAD
(CBL Sales - Central)
Purpose of Position
- To assist with the planning, directing and monitoring of activities of Merchandisers
- To ensure the company’s merchandising strategies and plans are efficiently implemented
Key Responsibilities
- Visit stores in accordance with weekly schedule
- Work in tandem with Sales Supervisors and Store Merchandisers to implement KBDs:
- Presence of Must-Have skus
- Brand planograms
- Share of Shelf
- Secondary displays – off-shelf, clips strips, etc
- Ensuring store readiness at all times for P&G store audits
- Provide trade updates and market intelligence information in relation to promotions and competitive activities, price survey.
- Ensure that assigned store(s) are kept in an immaculate condition with shelves and products creatively and prominently displayed in order to optimize sell-out
Required Qualification, Experience, Knowledge
- Five GCE O’ Levels/CXC’s, including English and a numeric subject.
- Diploma/Certificate in Marketing, Sales or Business Administration would be an asset.
- At least 3 years merchandising experience required.
