Marketing Officer 

 

 

Job Purpose

In collaboration with the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Officer is responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies and developing public relations campaign to effectively promote and enhance the positioning of GKMS brands in the marketplace. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Keep timely records of all marketing activities and submit monthly reports accordingly
  • Develop a working plan towards the daily marketing of Bill Express on an agent-to-agent basis
  • Liaise with external clients and customers aimed at increase business for the brand
  • Perform any other function which may be deemed necessary and in keeping with the general profile of the market

Education & Competencies

  • BSc. Degree in Marketing or related field
  • At least two (2) years working experience in a similar capacity.
  • Exceptional working knowledge of marketing principles
  • High level of initiative, integrity, and organizational skills.
  • Highly confidential.
  • Highly developed oral and written communication skills and possess the ability to work effectively with others.
  • Decision-making and problem-solving skills, with a good grasp of operational procedures, preferably in a financial environment.
  • Fair understanding of the financial regulatory environment and the relevant laws and institutions that govern them.
  • Strong database management skills.
  • Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Creativity and a flair for innovation
