Seeks a dynamic and skilled professional who brings both technical expertise and collaborative spirit to the role of:-

JUNIOR MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

Reporting to the Maintenance Coordinator, the ideal candidate will possess the following: 

Academic Qualifications and Key Competences

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, or related discipline)
• Minimum two years in a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong computer literacy 
• Hands-on experience with PLC systems, electrical/mechanical trouble-shooting, AUTOCAD or equivalent drawing software
• Solid understanding of motor control circuits and variable frequency drives
• Working knowledge of electrical safety regulations and compliance standards
• Proven problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Effective interpersonal and people skills, with a collaborative mindset.

 Key Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent machine availability through proactive maintenance and timely troubleshooting
• Maintain food processing equipment, including sourcing, assessing, and coordinating replacement parts
• Participate in stock counts and inventory verification activities as required
• Collect, analyse, and interpret operational data to support efficiency and performance enhancement initiatives
• Prepare or assist in the development of capital projects, including documentation, planning, and execution support.
