IT Applications Trainer
Are you passionate about empowering others through training? We are looking for an IT Applications Trainer to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users of all SAP systems. If you have a strong background in SAP functionality and a knack for creating engaging training materials, we want to hear from you!
WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
- Designing and delivering training programs, including agendas, slides, eLearning materials, quizzes, and simulations.
- Conducting training sessions and providing hands-on support to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
- Assessing organizational training needs and customizing programs to enhance user proficiency.
- Creating and maintaining high-quality documentation for training programs.
- Offering one-on-one coaching and ongoing user support.
- Collaborating with project teams to align training with business processes and requirements.
WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR THE JOB?
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Certification in Training or Adult Learning methodologies.
- Proven experience as an SAP Trainer or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of SAP functionality and system navigation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills.
- Ability to customize training for different departments and user groups.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
