GK Capital Management Limited invites applications from suitably qualified individuals for the following position:

HR ASSOCIATE
 

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support in the recruitment, onboarding/Offboarding and cross boarding processes.
  • Launch probationary forms, follow-up on their completion and prepare employment confirmation letters.
  • Support the administration of all employee benefits programmes such as Group Health, Group Life, Pension and other benefits.
  • Assist with completion of all compliance and regulatory forms, reports and requirements.
  • Maintain and update employee personnel files and record on the HRMIS.
  • Support the Performance Management and Annual Compliance processes.
  • Assist with the planning and coordinating of special projects and employee engagement activities.
  • Prepare correspondence including employment, embassy, reference and recommendation letters for staff members.
  • Prepare all monthly payroll documents for submission to the SHRO for review.
  • Conduct background/reference checks for new employees.
  • Assist with staff welfare activities such as uniform, grocery box distribution etc.

 

Required Qualification, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
  • Minimum of one (1) year’s  experience in office administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Creative problem solver
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Proven ability to work productively both independently and as part of a team
  • High level of confidentiality, objectivity, initiative and work ethic
  • Proficiency with HRMIS and Microsoft Office Suite
