GK Capital Management Limited is seeking a suitably qualified, customer-focused professional to fill the following temporary position:
CLIENT EXPERIENCE ASSOCIATE
Purpose of Position
Reporting to the Head of Business Development, the Client Experience Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience by serving as the first point of contact for clients and visitors of GK Capital Management Limited (GKCM). The incumbent is required to build and maintain positive client relationships through professional, courteous, and efficient service while providing administrative and operational support to the business.
The role also has responsibility for coordinating the company's accounts payable function, including the timely processing, verification, and submission of invoices, while ensuring adherence to internal policies and procedures. Through effective client engagement, administrative support, and payables coordination, the Client Experience Associate contributes to the overall efficiency of operations and the delivery of a seamless client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver an Exceptional Client Experience
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and prospective clients, ensuring all interactions are handled professionally, courteously, and in a manner that reflects GKCM's commitment to outstanding client service.
Manage Client Communications and Administrative Support
- Respond to client inquiries, coordinate appointments and meetings, maintain accurate client records, and provide administrative support to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Coordinate the Accounts Payable Function
- Receive, verify, process, and submit invoices for payment in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established company policies and procedures.
Support Relationship Management and Business Development Activities
- Assist with client onboarding, scheduling client engagements, preparing client correspondence, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives aimed at strengthening client relationships and enhancing the overall client experience.
Required Qualification, Experience, Knowledge
- Associate degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management Studies, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 1 year experience in a customer service, administrative, or client-facing role.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
