KYC Coordinator



 

Purpose of Position

Reporting to the Credit Supervisor, the incumbent will be responsible for the on-going update of the files for the company’s customers to ensure that the owner’s personal or the business identification records are current and in adherence to the Company’s Credit Policy & laws of the land.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and maintain a log of cash paying customers, indicating type of identification used and date of expiry.

· Liaise with Sales Reps to get updated identification documents from customers within 30 days of expiry.

· Maintain a spreadsheet of requests made and responses received and the date of resolution

· Provide a monthly status update to Supervisor and Compliance Manager on progress made.

· Update the physical files with the updated documents received.

Required Qualification, Experience, Knowledge

· 6 CXC Subjects including English, Mathematics or Accounting

· Knowledge of Microsoft Suite of products

· Knowledge of SAP would be an asset
