CLAIMS ASSOCIATE- TP SETTLEMENT & RECOVERY

 

 

Reporting to the Claims Unit Leader, the incumbent will be expected to assist with the accurate and timely processing of claims from initiation through to settlement ensuring process efficiency and maintaining service quality to enhance the company’s image and to ensure GKGI is considered the insurer of choice by customers.

 

Our ideal candidate is an organized, team and detail-oriented individual with strong communication, decision making and analytical skills.

 

At minimum, applicants should possess the following:

· First Degree in Business Management or a related field

· Diploma in Insurance or pursuing same or similar Professional Insurance Certification

· At least four (4) years’ experience in the Claims Department of general insurance company

· Good knowledge in general insurance law and regulations

· Excellent problem-solving capabilities and techniques.

· Strong customer relations and relationship building skills, poise, tact and diplomacy.

· Excellent time management and the ability to plan, prioritize, negotiate and meet deadlines
