CASH MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation of daily cash summary reports detailing the available cash of the business for use in making investment decisions.
  • Assist with the preparation of investment report.
  • Conduct daily reconciliation of the cash float, petty cash, and client payments
  • Conduct daily reconciliation on all transactions done in 4D and Atlantis
  • Coordinate daily delivery of cash lodgments with the Courier service provider
  • Assist with the preparation of daily Summary for Insurance Premium Finance payments.
  • Reconciles transaction receipts and prepare daily cash summary reports for assigned locations.

 

Required Qualification, Experience, Knowledge, and skills:

  • First Degree in Finance, Accounts or related field
  • Two (2) years’ experience in an Accounting or Finance Department
  • Experience in the General Insurance Industry would be an asset
  • Knowledge of general accounting principles, standards and regulations
  • Working knowledge of accounting software would be an asset
  • Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing
  • Must be detail oriented, organized, ethical and honest.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office
