Branch Lead - Knutsford

Purpose of Position

Reporting to the Client & Partner Services Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for developing and executing the business development strategy at their assigned Branch while offering service of exceptional quality to enhance the company’s image with a prudent risk management approach that utilizes our disciplined underwriting methods.

Our ideal candidate is an organized, flexible, detail and team oriented individual with strong communication, decision making and analytical skills.

Required Qualification, Experience, Knowledge

At minimum, applicants should possess the following:

• First Degree in Business Management or related field
• A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a general insurance industry
• Licensed with the Financial Services Commission with certification in Motor and Property Salesman.
• Diploma or Certification in Insurance would be an asset.
• Proficient in underwriting principles and practices
• Supervisory Management training would be an asset.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and techniques.
• Strong customer relations and relationship building skills, poise, tact and diplomacy.

• Excellent time management and the ability to plan, prioritize, negotiate and meet deadlines/time constraints in a high-pressure environment
