BRANCH ASSOCIATE

 

 

 

Reporting to the Central Branch Coordinator, the incumbent will be expected to assess prospective customers using interviews, proposal forms, KYC documents and or additional documents to provide insurance solutions to meet the customer’s needs. Conducts accurate customer transactions with keen attention to client profiles. Identify and maximize opportunities to cross and upsell GKGI and GKFG products and services.

 

Our ideal candidate is a dedicated, detail-oriented and organized individual with strong written and oral communication, decision making and analytical skills.

 

At minimum, applicants should possess the following:

  • First Degree in Business Management or related field or pursuing same
  • Two (2) years’ experience in a general insurance environment
  • Licensed with the Financial Services Commission with certification in Motor and Property Salesman.
  • Proficient in underwriting principles and practices
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and techniques.
  • Strong customer relations and relationship building skills, poise, tact and diplomacy.
  • Excellent Public Relations and Presentation Skills
  • Skills in Sales Effectiveness
  • Excellent time management and the ability to plan, research, negotiate and meet deadlines
