Agent Network Manager

GraceKennedy Remittance Services Limited (GKRS) invites applications from experienced, suitable, qualified and dynamic individuals for the position of:

AGENT NETWORK MANAGER

JOB PURPOSE:

Manage the relationship with the Agent Network, by overseeing assigned agent locations and coordinating with departments to ensure resource availability, regulatory compliance, quality service, receivables control, and strong business partnership through effective communication and timely completion of sub-agent certification process.  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive performance success by partnering with the Operations Manager to set and achieve ambitious targets for agent locations in line with company goals.
• Lead seamless onboarding of new agent locations, ensuring all infrastructure, resources, and approvals are ready for a successful launch.
• Champion excellence by monitoring agent performance, ensuring compliance with policies and quality standards, and implementing effective solutions when needed.
• Fuel growth and innovation by collaborating with key departments to expand services, introduce new technologies, and promote the GKRS brand in assigned regions.
• Be the problem-solver who tracks and resolves operational issues, maintains open communication, and strengthens relationships across the agent network.
• Plan for success by supporting capacity planning, aligning resources with transaction volumes, and driving regional growth strategies.
• Invest in people by ensuring agents and staff receive impactful training in customer service, security, and operational best practices.

EDUCATION & COMPETENCIES:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Management Studies or related discipline with an emphasis on Finance, Financial Planning and Analysis
• Three (3) years experience in a middle management position in a banking or financial service environment
• Knowledge of financial management models and tools
• Analytic skills, ability to examine performance levels and forecast targets based on trend analysis and other external information
• Project Management, communication, negotiation, team building, decision making skills
