ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT/ANALYST
(Marketing Department)
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the incumbent will be required to provide support in data extraction and data analysis as well as provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing Teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare essential inputs for budget planning across both sales and expense categories.
- Collect and analyze performance data to assess progress toward current sales targets.
- Research and evaluate current economic conditions that may affect the organization's ability to sell its products or services in the marketplace.
- Co-ordinate the payment of all expenses that are incurred by the Team on a timely basis.
- Assist with Purchase Order generation for all expenses and staff welfare activities.
- Timely preparation of daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports.
ACADEMIC/PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science or related discipline
- 2 years’ technical experience in a similar or related field
- Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting and statistical packages for analysing data
- Excellent grasp of Advanced Excel and the Microsoft Suite
- SAP knowledge is an asset

- Excellent customer relationship skills with the ability to be a flexible team player
- High levels of initiative, professionalism and good work ethics
- Required to work irregular hours during peak times
- Hectic schedule and tight deadlines for deliverables
- Frequently resolving multiple problematic issues
