ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - SHOPPER EXPERIENCE

 

 

Reporting to the Shopper Experience Manager, the incumbent will be required to initiate and coordinate administrative activities and provide support in data extraction and data analysis that will aid in timely decision making.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate reports from SAP daily, weekly, monthly, etc to facilitate data analysis.
  • Attend meetings, record and disseminate minutes as required; follow-up on action items.
  • Update and advise of the daily sales performance and projection on a timely basis.
  • Update channel and store specific pricing in SAP, as required.
  • Ensure the provision of all regular reports pertaining to meetings attended by the Shopper Experience Manager.
  • Coordinate and manage the vacation leave, performance appraisal and training for all members of the department.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and functions, as required.
  • Track budgets and support team compliance with approved spend and controls.
  • Manage gondola tracking, coordinate contracts and related procurement activities.
  • Compile and distribute trade marketing reports to stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and provide timely status updates.
  • Support the purchase and negotiation of promotional paraphernalia.
  • Monitor usage of trade marketing apps and tools and report on adoption.

 

ACADEMIC/ PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Four (4) CXC or GCE subjects, inclusive of English Language and Mathematics
  • Diploma in Business Administration/Management
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Management, would be an asset
  • Excellent grasp of Microsoft Excel (advance level), Word and PowerPoint (advanced)
  • Minimum of 2 years administrative experience
  • Knowledge of SAP Software, would be an asset

  • Ability to communicate with staff at all levels and customer-service oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to be a flexible team player
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, to multi-task and cope with changing priorities
  • Ability to pay attention to detail and maintain a high degree of confidentiality
